Classic Building Group were approached to tender for the Gymfinity Kids Cambridge site. We were delighted to be invited to tender, and even more so to win the contract. The existing unit was previously a sports clothing outlet. The provision of works included a full strip back to shell and removal of the Mezzanine floor.

Full fit out works included the provision of a new toilet block. Full electrical re-wire. Complete wall plastering, flooring installation and decoration throughout.
The brief also included the design and installation of an early years nursery, complete with a commercial catering kitchen and food service area.
The project was delivered on time and on-budget by out in house project team, overseen by our internal project manager.

Further works have also been completed at sites in Farnham, Wandsworth and Chatham.
