THE BRIEF
Delivering a fully operational bar environment
The project required the transformation of an existing space into a fully operational bar environment, aligned with the intended interior design.
This included the installation of a new bar, supporting joinery, and associated services, as well as targeted external works to address roofing and drainage issues.
Careful sequencing across trades, services and finishes
The project required close coordination of multiple trades within a compressed programme, with works carefully sequenced to maintain progress while allowing for the installation of services, joinery, and finishes.
Bar installation and back bar joinery were delivered alongside mechanical and electrical integration, ensuring all elements were coordinated within the overall layout.
External works were undertaken in parallel, enabling roof repairs and drainage improvements to be completed without impacting the internal programme.
