Working with planners and architects, we took the abandoned building from a derelict state of repair to a three-storey, multi-functional space.
Providing the client with a frontage in-keeping with the local, office space and meeting areas.
Many original features were restored and re-installed. All works carried out to local building regulations complete with fire escape external iron works.

We were delighted to work with award winning interior designer Paul Astill from Astill associates, throughout the planning, build and installation stages.
